Help make fashion history

The New Zealand Fashion Museum is a visionary, largely supporter funded, initiative that has become a valued part of Aotearoa’s cultural infrastructure. Our story is one of incredible tenacity and dedication given that we have operated for over a decade without ongoing public funding. It is thanks to the generosity of people like you that we have been able to lead the dialogue about the significant part clothing, adornment and markings play in expressing our identity - we are what we wear.  Make a donation or you might like to Sponsor a frock.

Sponsor a Frock

Be a part of our mission to capture our New Zealand fashion history. Help us develop the New Zealand Fashion Museum’s online collection with our great initiative 'Sponsor a Frock'. For just $65 you can sponsor a new collection item (or give it as a gift for that hard-to-buy-for fashionista friend) which will be proudly displayed as a 'Sponsored Frock' (see at the bottom of this page). It’s a marvellously meaningful way to add to our online collection.
