Pale pink wedding dress with quilted hem
Margery Brook-Smith wore this pale pink wedding dress when she married Peter Shepherd in 1948. Walters Road in Mt Eden is named after her great grandfather John Walters, an English settler who bought 52 acres of land in the area in 1845.
