Cybèle Wiren’s mother and grandmother taught her the basics, on a treadle sewing machine and her father’s weaving business provided a supply of beautiful fabric off-cuts and bindings for projects and play. For Cybèle, the pleasure in creating clothes is the combination of the mathematics of pattern making and the craft based skills of sewing and construction.
