Tītoki pullover, 2024

This jumper was made quite spontaneously as a mini knit-a-long with Lester from Prosper Yarn Studio. Between the loft of the woollen spun yarn, the open gauge, the colour contrast and the construction techniques used, this jumper is perfectly light, soft and sophisticated. It was knitted to the pattern Robinia, by Anne Ventzel. It is associated with many joyful memories, including my time in the Prosper Shop, The Handweavers Guild Auckland 70th anniversary morning tea, and my partners admission to the bar. It's amazing how much joy can fit in one jumper.
