This outfit, called 'Carmen Miranda', was part of Caroline Church’s 2006 autumn/winter collection, From A Reason to Rejoice. She launched the collection at New Zealand Fashion Week in a show based on "a hybrid of traditional Spanish dress, but with modern touches, less Flamenco, more crazy and sexy."
