Danielle Gardner contacted musician Tami Neilson with the idea that they could create a garment together. "Something a little country, a little rockabilly, and maybe a little festive ... Tami was ecstatic! She had been searching for a red and white country-flavoured dress for ages (think Patsy Cline and Loretta Lynn), but had been coming up short."
