Recycled cotton & denim jacket
For this colourful jacket, Brian Molyneux has juxtaposed recycled cotton and denim. The floral cotton, which had a white background, was dyed with a blue wash to tone down the white and the flowers to make the colours more complementary to the blue denim. The denim yoke and pockets (with added pleat) are from a pair of men’s old jeans and the waistband from the jeans has been used for the half belt and cuffs.
