Pleated city shorts & cropped jacket
The Vamp label was established by Walter Hart in 1973. These Vamp shorts are typical of the city shorts popular at the end of the 1980s. Co-ordinated with a matching jacket, and often cuffed, city shorts also tapped into the trend for androgyny, loosely appropriating masculine style.
