This glamorous lounging pyjamas and negligee set by Silknit was probably intended to be worn around the house.
This photo by Auckland photographer Clifton Firth, is one of many commissioned by Silknit to be used in advertising. The influence of Hollywood-style glamour portraits can be seen in Clifton's photographs from this time - his use of a dramatic blend of light and dark to enhance and flatter the subject’s features.
