Kevin Berkahn 3D cube illusion jacket & skirt, 1988
Kevin Berkahn made this outfit for Meegan Pollock for the Melbourne Cup Fashion on the Field competition in about 1988. There are two skirt options - one in the ribbon fabric and one in a black and white stripe. A photo of Meegan in this suit with matching shoes and hat appeared in Vogue Australia. The fabric is from one of Meegan’s favourite fabric suppliers, the Swiss company Jakob Schlaepfer.
