Hand-beaded cape & powder blue gown
This hand-beaded silk cape is from Carlson's summer 2004/05 collection, Stardust Hotel. It is worn over a powder blue gown that was created to celebrate the 15th anniversary of iD Dunedin in 2014. The underskirt is formed from two tones of dusky pink silk organza over a layer of plum polished silk organza, reflecting the stormy morning skies often seen in the wild winters of Tanya's home town – Dunedin.
