Fortuny-style skirt & cropped top
Louisa Simons was especially noted for her creative handling of silk. During the 1980s she attracted attention with her Fortuny-style hand-pleated, hand-dyed silk dresses, tops and skirts. This two-piece ensemble features a layered skirt and a cropped top moulded on a black neckpiece. Both pieces are edged with black satin ribbon.
