Dress with scalloped hem
The fabric for this dress was already embroidered when it was imported by the Wellington label, The Merchant Adventurers of Narnia. The designer for Narnia, Sarah Kedgley, designed this dress around the embroidery and it was made in Wellington. Unlike completed garments, embroidered fabric did not require an import licence. The dress is modelled by Judy Alley who also worked for Narnia as their marketing manager.
