Chevron stripe wrap dress

Peter Nola of Peppertree Fashions was a close follower of designers like Giorgio Armani and Ralph Lauren, routinely replicating their designs – with a twist for the New Zealand market. "In those days you could do versions of what the top people were doing and get away with it – there were no copyright rules enforced. So you could put three or four buttons on a garment instead of two buttons, just to make it a bit different," he said.
