Baby's romper and partial matinée set, 1948/1959
Wool rompers and partial matinée set knitted by my grandmother. The romper was made for my brother to wear over nappies in 1948, and the matinée set was never completed, with a ball of the Kaiapoi wool used 1959. My mother treasured these items in her glory box for many decades.
