Turquoise chiffon minidress
Kathie Figgins loved this Elle dress because it was unusual at the time. "You didn’t see much pintucking detail on clothes at that time. Most importantly, they were something that I couldn’t have made myself. I always tried to buy garments that were more intricate than I was able to sew."
