Pale apricot empire evening gown
This evening gown was designed by Barry McDonnell who opened a shop on Symonds Street in Auckland in 1953. The gown was part of a fashion parade that toured the main centres of New Zealand in 1957. The parade was compered by Paddy Walker who is an experienced organiser of fashion shows.
