Long velvet dress with spaghetti straps
Felicity Hazlett bought this WORLD dress to wear to her 6th form ball with a floor length blood red velvet hooded cape. "I learnt in my first school ball the previous year that if you buy your dress off-the-rack then there will be at least 10 other girls wearing the same dress!" Felicity frequently wore the dress after the ball - pairing it with Doc boots and a black coloured shirt.
