Flocked tissue lamé & velvet jacket

This flocked tissue lamé and velvet jacket was made by Bruce Papas in 1986. It was designed as another option for Meegan Pollock to wear with a black velvet dress to a 50th birthday party she was attending. The fabric was from the UK supplier, Makower Fabrics.
